Shovel Knight: All Feats Quest

Shovel Knight is one of my favorite games and is also the game I credit for getting me into indie games as a whole. It was also one of the first games I've experienced with some sort of achievement system. As a kid, I spent a lot of time trying to get certain achievements and now, as an adult, I begin a quest to get every single achievement in every single story. Everything from "Shovel of Hope" to "King of Cards" and even the fighting game mode. Can I do it before I lose my sanity? With over 100 achievements it's very possible the answer will be no.
